Where classes happen

Classes are live online, which is how almost every student practises, from India, the UK, the US, and elsewhere. You need a mat, a quiet space, and a stable connection.

The address above is the registered address of the business, where occasional in-person sessions are held when the teacher is in Salem, roughly once a month. It is not a studio with daily drop-in classes, so please arrange any in-person session in advance rather than visiting unannounced.

Class timings

The group batch runs Monday, Wednesday, and Friday · 6:30 to 7:30 AM IST. One-on-one sessions are scheduled around your time zone and the teacher’s availability.

Booking

Every student begins with a ₹350 trial session, whether they are heading for the group batch or one-on-one. Book your trial session.
